Copyright infringement?

So I have an idea for an NFT. The item isn't widely know by people outside of the industry where it's used but I'm wondering if there could be copywrite issues if I use the item in question as the subject of a series.

Let's take a coke bottle for example. Everyone knows what a coke bottle looks like even without the branding on it. So let's say I make an NFT of a coke bottle in various settings but without the branding. But it's obviously a coke bottle. Maybe sometimes it's full or sometimes it's not or it's cracked or there's lipstick on the mouth of the bottle etc. Could the bottle being there be grounds for a lawsuit? Is this legal?
